The view

We booked this hotel because the photos looked amazing — beautiful views and a stunning bathtub. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The bathtub was dirty on arrival, with a large stain and hairs inside. We asked staff to clean it, but the cleaner used only her hand and shower water, with no cleaning products. The stain remained. We also asked for a wet towel (which looked already used) to be replaced, but it never was. Even worse, after touching the bathtub with her bare hand, she used that same towel to wipe the bathroom floor. It was honestly disgusting and made us lose all trust in the hotel’s hygiene standards. The balcony door didn’t lock properly, and staff simply said “I don’t know, sorry.” No solution was offered. We then noticed more issues: hairs around the sink, dusty furniture, stained bed sheets, a damaged bathroom wall, and a strong sewage smell coming from the sink drain. Breakfast was very disappointing — limited options, cold food, and the pho tasted like plain water. Staff generally seemed uninterested in helping. The only positive thing is the view. If you want that, just visit the restaurant for coffee instead. There are likely much better hotels nearby with similar views. We have photos of the stains, hairs, damaged areas, and overall poor cleanliness. Would not stay again. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Cleanliness is not very consistent. Especially the comfort room which has molds.

The place is centrally located, walking distance from the sapa center, it has a very nice view, very aesthetic.

The staff are not too accomodating, my fiance had to bring our luggages from 4th floor down using the stairs, they are not too friendly or approachable when you asked them something, i dont know it’s a language barrier but i just compared my stay at hanoi which we had a good experience there especially from staff. I think staff can do better in this hotel especially for its reputation. Overall i still enjoy the view of this hotel.

The property offers breathtaking views, complemented by impeccably maintained facilities and generously sized accommodations. Staff are friendly and have complimentary breakfast.

The acoustic insulation in the rooms is insufficient, leading to significant noise intrusion from external sources such as road traffic and construction, as well as from adjacent guest rooms. Therefore, this establishment may not be suitable for individuals seeking a tranquil environment.

Very satisfied with our stay. The room was tidy, elegant, and well-prepared when we arrived. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness daily. The staff were approachable and professional, and the facilities were well-maintained. Great ambiance and excellent service. Will definitely return. I would like to thank the staff for giving us the room we have been asking for. A memorable anniversary trip indeed. Kudos.

The breakfast had very limited variety and the quality was below expectations. Staff were also slow to clear tables and prepare for incoming guests. In our room, the shampoo and shower gel were empty during our stay, which was disappointing.
