Liked the key fob check in, liked the location, liked the locked bike room

NO AC! Stayed between 86 & 91 degrees the whole time. The owner said hes wife was bringing over a portable AC unit between 7p-8pm. Did not show till after 9pm. And no AC unit but two fans. I told the wife that if AC was not fixed we could not stay as we had our dogs and could not leave them in there the way it was.. she told me she would reach out to someone and get someone to come first thing in AM. Never heard back from her. the fans did nothing to cool us down. The bed was very uncomfortable could not sleep in room at all and had no sleep at all as was to hot. We had to leave the door open and keep fan in door to try to get some cooler air. Got it down to 86 degrees. We paid for two nights as we had tickets to Comic-Con all weekend and our weekend was ruined as we only started the one night and then left as could not stay a longer in heat.

We loved the location. It was close to restaurants, bars, and entertainment. The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for relaxing and cooking quick meals!

It was clean abs and quiet.

The location was great, free parking was great too.

We had a small issue with the mattress and I messaged the owner and he brought us a NEW one- that day! Very impressed with the response- great communication and checking in on us - awesome customer service!

Amazing location in a quiet and well-maintained building.
