We stayed here because we had work Xmas party in NEC and it’s very close to NEC which was perfect! Very clean and have everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend!

"All round perfection for what we needed it for x"

The property was perfect for me and my partner while we attended to the insomnia festival! Not too far of a distances away and the beds are so comfortable!

The sofa wasn’t as comfortable only coz the back rest isn’t suitable for siting back or just relaxing your head after a long day but was perfect for putting are feet up

Bedroom doors knock a bit when shut and when walking around in the room.

"An ideal place to stay for a few days in a quiet area and only a 10 minute drive to the NEC."

On arrival there was a welcome pack biscuits and milk and water in the fridge. The house was immaculate and had everything there you need.

My only gripe would be the white slatted blind in the bedroom as it was very light in the morning. I'm used to having a dark bedroom, but luckily I had an eye mask!
