I booked an airport transfer that didn't materialise. It wasn't clear that this is essentially a private studio being let out, probably under the radar. There was no-one to meet me on arrival, instead I had to follow WhatsApp instructions to get into the apartment, including use of a service elevator, to find the key hidden in the apartment. Couldn't get wifi or TV to work - no obvious instructions. OK as a budget option for an experienced lone traveller with good internet connectivity, but not good quality hosting.

I like how it is easy to check in but at the same time, a bit dangerous if the door is left unlocked but I guess they are used to it.

Waiting time to the lift and it can be pretty crowded.

clean got washing machine helpful staff

no proper closet maybe owner can provide table and chairs at the balcony i think the price is pricey for the provided accommodation, maybe bcs of new year celebration.

The room close to the lift ...a good location and views.

No housekeeper to clean and takecare the room...no complementry services. The lift services so slow.

Everything went fine. Check in fast and easy. Staff friendly and smart. Helped us a lot with luggages.

The apartment is quite small. The building (The Shore) is not really awesome, it is crowded and chaotic. Pool is busy.
