ZAThe location, backyard, security and facilities in the complex. The beds were amazing and the amenities to assist with lack of electricity (lamp lasted for two nights)
We visited during an area wide power outage and could not really enjoy the venue to the fullest.

Cleaners had not done good job with outside area prior to arrival - host was amazing at resolving very quickly.

The fact that even though you have already registered to get access on the security gate you still que on the line of visitors on the security gate to get in with people who are have to register and that takes long at least if you are registered for the certain period of stay you must get in easily not que and wait for other people who are to start the process. It would be much better to just get in at res gate not to wait and wait. And also should get revising the time for the checkout 9am its very early considering one has to wake up the kids and prepare them.
