"Great location but lacked cleanliness and organization."

The location was spot on and very near the center of the city, However the host, administration and cleanliness of the room had issues.

Room not clean, bathroom/shower and tiles had mould and stains and the room walls had spider nests.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment, which is perfectly located just a few minutes' walk from the city center. The apartment comes with secured parking, which is a big plus for those arriving by car. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy, and communication with the hosts was smooth and quick. They were incredibly kind and always available to help with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Niš!

All perfect! Clean, spacious, well equipped, parking in front! About 15 min walking to the center! Good price for all that offered!
