"The stay was wonderful"

There wasn't a breakfast but overall the property was great

The only thing was get more free apps for the television other than YouTube tubi wouldn't load

"Pleasant"

The apartment is Located behind locked electrical gates and you had your own remote control for them , had parking, had an outside area to sit, rooms were spacious and clean. AC worked beautifully. Helpful and friendly staff and quick to respond to queries, complimentary drinks, cameras for safety. I felt safe in the building. Close to the town centre. Tour guide available if needed. Washing machine available.

The cooker didn't work properly, it had built up grease on the knobs and behind them. The sofa needs a deep clean. It would be nice if the Outside area/garden had a bench and table.

"Exceptional"

The apartment was well kept. It was in walking distance to local eateries and a corner store. Myself and my children enjoy the great care that Mr. Baker gave us. He is so very professional and a very caring. He made sure we were comfortable and any needs were taken care of as far as driving to different locations in Montego Bay. If he was not available he would have a backup who was just as great.He has so much knowledge of Jamaica ask and he will let you know good place to go or places to stay away from. I had my children, so he made sure to make the best suggestions as to where to take them. The children were always excited with his suggestions and even happier when we arrived at them.They even had a wonderful, wonderful woman named Miss Cherry who was able to watch my children at a very affordable price. She also cooks the best curry chicken in Montego Bay!!! Trust you could not find better than The Biltons. I enjoyed myself so much I did not want to leave.
