The condo was beautiful and clean. I also liked that there was a washer/dryer in the unit.

The staff wasn’t super helpful, as there wasn’t any staff on sight that could help with immediate issues. There was an issue with the key and the battery on the keypad. Additionally, we never received a key to the balcony.

Nothing “ premier “ about my stay . Condo was dirty on arrival - poor housekeeping lets this place down Massive hairball on carpet , ground in dust on bedroom window, stains on bedding etc Sent photos to rental agency who sent back the usual email - thank you for your comments we will pass them on etc Not happy !!!!!

Having to pay extra for water park especially for large family stays.

It was clean, comfortable and convenient to the beach and restaurants.

Their wasn’t a separate pool for the property.

The view of the inter coastal was lovely from the main two rooms. The washer and dryer were new models (although a bit of mold is growing in the soap dispenser of the washer). Lots of toilet paper and soap were provided, and an abundance of dishes. the reiterator was also a new and nice model. Smart window coverings in the main rooms were very nice too. the beach is an easy block and a half away, with many restaurant options and a CVS within a five minute walk. The water was easy to access and enjoyed by the kids especially. The balcony was sizable with quite a few chairs, a nice place to enjoy a beer at night.

When we arrived the previous group had not left a key in the lockbox. Luckily, the rental folks were able to help us out with access over the phone, but the delay wasn’t ideal when you’re tired from the road! The elevator is also very loud and slow, which makes bringing up all the belongings a bit more of a chore. The condo wasn’t very clean either. My toddler’s legs were black with dirt after crawling around for a just 15 minutes, there were soaking wet dishes put into cupboards, dressers drawers were dirty, and under the beds and vanities we found a large layer of grime and dust when hunting for a dropped item. The view from the master is partially obstructed by the air conditioner the linens were on the shabby side.

The owners did an excellent job on the remodel. Felt like home for sure!rything was very convenient. Everything was close and within waking distance which was great!

I don't like that the water park was open to the public. It got really full really fast. They close at 6. So the kids couldn't go night swimming. The elevator was very slow. Our was great.
