Sijainti oli hyvä, eikä kaduilta kuulunut ääniä sisälle juuri ollenkaan.

Pienemmässä makuuhuoneessa oli todella ahdasta. Kahvinkeitin olisi vielä kiva lisä varusteluun.

"Уютная квартира на тихой улочке"

Уютная квартира в Пениши, расположенная на тихой улочке. На первом этаже - гостиная, столовая и кухня, а также санузел. На втором этаже - две спальни и туалет с душевой кабиной. На кухне - всё необходимое для приготовления еды: плита с духовкой, посуда, микроволновка, чайник, тостер, холодильник. Все помещения оборудованы кондиционерами, есть ТВ и стиральная машина. Неплохой wi-fi. Всё чисто и уютно. Нам понравилось.

В помещении довольно влажно (видимо, влаге некуда деться), из-за этого вещи сохнут долго. Кондиционер постоянно приходится включать на осушение.

Die Organisation und Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert und schnell. Wir haben sogar einen zweiten Schlüssel erhalten, was die eigene Organisation sehr erleichtert hat. Die Zimmeraufteilung war super und die Ausstattung sehr gut.

Leider war die Luft, gerade zu Beginn sehr stickig. Wir haben viel gelüftet und die Klimaanlage häufig angestellt. Nach einiger Zeit hat sich das "Raumklima" verbessert.

Limpieza y localización

La cuerda de tender exterior está rota y es una pena porque éramos 4 personas con toallas de playa y bañadores para secar. Hay un tendedero pero no es suficiente, es muy pequeño.

Decoração moderna e boa localização.

O cheiro a humidade que a zona da cozinha e da wc tinham. Era um cheiro a humidade muito forte. Os móveis e as louças cheirava tudo a humidade.
