The flat was spacious and comfortable and very well equipped. We were there to play padel with friends so I didn't really pay attention to the grounds or the pools, which were shut because of the drought anyway. The location is great if you want to be near the port of Estepona, where there are shots and restaurants. It's short walk to the paseo maritimo, which runs for miles along the beachfront and an easy walk into the old part of Estepona. I wish I could have stayed longer.

If you like to cook, you might find the sink a bit small for washing up, but there is dishwasher as well as a washing machine. It's a very comfortable and functional flat.
