Love the sea of Cortez. Princesa is one of the classic resorts on Sandy Beach.

The 25 years of constant renting has taken toll on the apartment. The master bedroom sink was stuck. The flopper in the toilet malfunctions, so you can hear dripping watter all-time. On the second day of our stay, the neighbors downstairs made a complaint that they had a leak coming from our rental,so we could not use one of the showers. The screen patio door didn't function at all, so we moved it aside in order to use the terrace with ocean view. The linen and the bed sheets didn't smell fresh, and neither cleaned, so we had to wash them up before we use them.

Clean condo. Had all necessities.

Only 1 wash cloth. Issues with remotes, especially in master bedroom.

Everything was good

Spacious, comfortable, filtered water, DTV

Condo had a sewage smell, it hits you every time you walk in. No ice cube trays.

Amazing view, condo was fully loaded. Only thing was in the master bedroom bathroom shower curtain was thrown in the closet. We tried to put it up, but found out it was broken other than that such a great stay.
