"This flat is not worth the money!"

The only positive aspect was the proximity to the seafront.

The flat sadly was rather filthy: lots of mold in the bathroom and shower. There were ants in the living room. The kitchen had not been cleaned, there were still stains on most surfaces and the pots and pans were dirty and still wet. The wallpapers in the downstairs bedroom were detaching and full of stains. The carpet flooring too was stained and sometimes detaching. We further found lots of opened letters lying on the floor in the living room.
