"VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

NOTHING!

Booked this place last Dec 20. When we arrived at the property, we were told us that we were not listed as guests. i tried to contact the property number listed on the app but no one was answering. Good thing the guard gave us a different number to call. Talked to the lady on the phone and told us that they are ovebooked and we cannot check in since there are still guests in the unit. To make it short, we were refused. We were not given any assistance to find another available unit given that we had 3 children in tow. Not even an apology for causing hassle on our part. The next morning, no updates. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! They had days to inform us that they were overbooked and cancelled the booking themselves but No, they just don’t care at all, so I took the liberty to contact booking.com to cancel and ask for refund. Will never boom this property again.

we liked the facility as well as the amenities.

The Bathroom didnt have a shower its not working and there is no tabo to take a bath. and also the lightning is not bright . The rest are all good.

Apartment is 32sqm but good layout. Is cute. Good, bed, aircon and refrigerator.

Very thin blanket. U freeze ur butt. No wifi. Low water pressure and water heater not working well. Sone fixtures falling off. If u stay for less then 2 months, u pay 150 pesos per head per each use of swimming pool. And swimming pool water is too cold.

"Good for backpakers only"

The place is beside Abreeza mall and staffs and the security personnel were helpful. Kitchen has cooking utensils and a fridge. Spacious room enough to spend the night.

There is no one will assist you to take your luggages. Some old stuffs were left inside the drawer. No, bath mat and the faucet is needed to be fixed. I had to clean the desk to remove some stains and dust for a comfortable working space. Not internet so you better have one.
