The photos online were appealing and gave the impression of a clean and well-maintained space, which initially drew me to the property. The price also seemed reasonable for what was advertised. I also want to mention that one of the employees—unfortunately, I can’t remember his name—was incredibly kind and supportive. He did his best to make the situation better and arranged for us to move to a completely different building and room. Thanks to him, we decided to stay; otherwise, we would have left the same day. While the new place wasn’t amazing, it was definitely a better option than the first one.

Unfortunately, the reality was very disappointing. The property was extremely dirty and did not feel safe at all. Collecting the key was unnecessarily difficult—it was placed in a box located in a very neglected area, surrounded by dust and spider webs. Upon arrival, I discovered that the check-in takes place at a different building than the accommodation, which was not made clear beforehand. The actual property had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable atmosphere and looked nothing like the photos online. It felt misleading and unhygienic, and I honestly don’t believe it was worth a single penny. I had chosen this place as part of a trip to explore different parts of the UK, but this experience unfortunately left a negative impression.

The location was ideal for what we had planned. The property is clean, pleasant and spacious.However we did find a few snags regards facilities. The host was quick to sort out the key lock issue.

No sink plug or wash bowl to wash up with. No grill tray or baking tray to usel oven. No dish or jug to use microwave. Shower hose leeks at the head. No bathroom mirror. Wardrobe door handle broken. Could only access Freeview as could not alter settings due to no aerial.

I had everything I needed

you always hear when the other neighbors open and close the door. The apartment door is very hard to open and always makes a lot of noise. There is a balcony in front that is accessible to all the apartments, I didn't find it private, otherwise I liked everything

It was absolutely horrible hated it so much!

It was spacious and comfortable

The door was hard to handle, and the sink drainage needs to be checked out.

It was furnished nicely

There’s 3 codes to get into the apartment my phone died and we was unable to get into the building there’s no staff onsite or anywhere nearby. There is no Netflix despite being advertised
