Servizi non ben adattati alle nostre esigenze del tipo 1 asciugamani viene cambiato dopo 3 giorni dove io in tutte le strutture li cambiano tutti i giorni lenzuola cambiate dopo 2 notti e letto fatto soltanto 1 volta poi macchinetta caffè c'era tutto ma tranne le cialde del caffè l'una cosa il cesto di benvenuto con 4 briosc 2 succhi e 2 bottigliette d'acqua tutto questo o soggiornato 3 notti .

Stanza vicina al centro, possibilità di parcheggio in strada non a pagamento.

The location is very good, and the place is nice. The hosts, Stephano and Salvatore, were very friendly ant helpful. More than that, they offer us a breakfast at Pan&Quotidiano, there little bistro nearby. Lamezia Terme, it is a place that must be visited.

We had a pleasant stay at this location. The rooms are quite large, clean and equipped with what you need. The location is close to the city center and the train station. Stefano is a good host, he waited for us at the airport and helped us with a lot of information. I recommend this accommodation!

The location was excellent. The host Stefano was very helpful. He found us parking right in front of the property. We were only there one night.

We were room 1 on the first floor. The bathroom was a little small.

The room was clean and well located for the centre of Lamezia. The owner Stefano was very friendly and met us at the property. He gave us some information about the town and recommendations. He and his wife run a very nice bar close to the property where we went for an aperitif before heading out for dinner. The room had everything we needed for our stay.

Stefano and his wife were very friendly, helpful and always available. It was a delightful place to stay that was central but quiet, impeccably clean, modern and well-equipped. Really comfortable bed - it felt like a cosy nest for our weekend away. Loved it!
