Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 350 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

The problem is great for a large family. The kids loved the pool and game room. In a great location, close to beach,grocery stores, Xtreme,and shopping.

Perfect size for my large family.

Location was fantastic. Quiet.

Stench from the sewer progressively got worse during our stay. House was not clean. Kitchen was bare. We had 3 spoons for a group of 10 people, no large pot to boil pasta, no sheet pan to bake in the oven. Left with 2 garbage bags, 2 laundry pods, 2 toilet paper, for a 7 day stay with 10 people! Pool floor was eroding and dangerous. A few people had cuts. House is poorly maintained and needs a major face lift. Pillows were absolutely terrible.

The property had a lot of things to offer from the swimming pool to the pool table.

When we got to the house one of the doors was broken so we let the management team know.

The house was nice and clean and a great location close to two beaches

The amenities they advertised were not available. Playground was closed. Pool didn’t have a heater, bbq was broken and there seemed to be an electrical problem with the stove. They had a game room but the one game my child could play was missing pieces

The property was beautifully designed and structured and felt like a really special place to vacation

The pool wasn’t heated. And during our stay we completely missed the master bedroom since it was tucked into the side of the dinning room. We only noticed it as we left during our final sweep of the house.
