Very unique house,traditional but with modern touches! They welcomed us with fresh flowers, a local wine and gifts so heartwarming! The house is very cosy with everything one needs, from kitchen equipment to shampoo and toilet paper. The owners kind and helpful they communicated very fast whenever we needed them.

A bit low ceiling above the stairs so our tall friends had to be careful when using the stairs. We had also some problems with the water but the owners did their best quickly. Some more glasses in the kitchen and small bowls would be also appreciated.

I have been booking accommodations through Booking.com since 2015, but this is the first time I have ever encountered a host like this. Please be extremely cautious. Although the listing stated that check-in was possible from 12 PM, when I contacted them at 2 PM to check in, they ignored my messages via the Booking.com platform, international SMS, and even hung up my international roaming calls. When I finally managed to speak with someone, I was told—very rudely—that the previous guests had not checked out yet, and that I could only check in at 4 PM. At first, I assumed she was rude due to a language barrier, but later messages requesting money showed that she actually speaks English very well. There were two issues* we could have raised complaints about, but instead, they unilaterally decided to charge us €100 and pressured us to send the money directly to their bank account, threatening legal action if we didn’t comply in a hour. According to Booking.com’s customer service, we are currently disputing the host’s claims, and Booking.com is investigating the matter. We were advised not to send any money directly to the host, and Booking.com confirmed that they never advised the host to charge us €100. Despite this, the host continues to insist we must pay €100 based on Booking.com's supposed advice and even threatened us again recently, demanding payment within an hour or they would take legal action. We have used Booking.com since 2015 and have never been accused of damaging any property. We are now awaiting the result of the official investigation by Booking.com. To future guests reading this review: If you choose to stay at this property, please be extra cautious—beyond what is normally expected—when using the facilities. Explanation of the two issues mentioned above: 1. Stains on 1–2 towels: The host provides a swimming pool, and to go from the pool to the bathroom, guests must pass through the living room.

Everything in the property was well designed and it looked well maintained. Everything needed for our stay was available in the property. There are 2 separate bathrooms which were very convenient for us. The pool was great and the final touch to make our stay there perfect.

The only thing that I can think of is that there was no stand for the shower head in one of the bathrooms. It would be great if such was available.
