Property Notes

All requests for check-in and check-out outside scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property. Guests are requested to inform the property at least 1 hour prior to their expected arrival time. Cots and high chairs are available upon request. If you require a cot or high chair, you must notify the property before your arrival. In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. It’s a rule that’s not widely known. This record needs to be shared with the authorities, like the Civil Guard, to ensure public safety. Please note that all guests, including children, need to provide a valid passport at check-in. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight at the property. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests (including from smoking outside designated areas) will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
