Only good thing was the location.

Foul smell, no internet, ac wasn't working good in one of the rooms. Try to call the lady that was in charge, she refused to answer call or text. Not to mention she added a extra $60us that was not listed on price. And only accepted cash payment.

Team members says they were quite satisfied with the amenities of the place - property was easy to find and they felt secured

When we arrived at the property we were told that the property was unavailable they wanted to charge us another 10thousand dollars for another room we declined. I feel they were scamming us. The host said they attempted to contact me when I checked it was a text that I didn’t read until the time saying “hi”. Poor all the way round

Didn’t get a chance apparently it was damaged.

The room was dirty bad n need to be more modern

No TV in one room. The remote wasn't working in the main room. Steps needs repairing

Everything!! First of all when booking the site says they take card payments. They said call when you are about 30 mins away which I did! They are gonna tell me cash only, I didn’t walk with so much money! It was so hard to get money especially if you don’t know the areas and with foreign credentials! She acted all fake and if she was caring, I was so hot the ac didn’t work I had to sleep with the door open! How is that safe for an areas you do not know? Then the fridge did not work the door could not even close there were roaches and worms everywhere i have pictures and videos of everything. The stove was not good, it showed it was on but it did not even heat the pot, it looks like the stove stopped working and they placed a damn hot plate there which is horrible. Then when I keep messing you think she answered? only if Jesus came she replied to my texts talking about I should call her. I don’t have local number and you gave us what’s app text and call lines which we use. And when we called to tell her the issues she act like we were over reacting and said our claims were ridiculous and when she walked through she came with the driest apology not to be compared with Sahara desert! Even tried to blame me about the fridge not working like they knew . She had lame excuses for Everything! Not to mention this stupid guy knocking on our doors while we were trying to sleep after a long hot ass night to ask if we want damn breakfast ! Are you serious? One of us told the man we are sleeping and don’t need anything this man still knocked my bedroom door! Like are u serious? And even after explaining all this shit we went through she was still with her fake sorryness at one point I could not even look at her. You think we would get anything from so much money we spent after such a buggy place? Naa only the deposit which I would’ve gotten back anyways and then after I handed her the key to leave talking about not wanting a bad review I have pics &vids it won’t let me...

Nothing really

The room was not what advertised, or showed in pictures. It is also not walking distance from any beach as was advertised. It should be stated that even though both rooms were booked together,tax was charged seperatley. Very little kitchen sinc and a 2 burner noo cooking area really, only 1 seat in the entire 2 bedrooms,the plumming was an issue, causing a foul scent in room.Did not see the pool being cleaned.

My family spoke highly of the facility and loved stay there.
