Size, comfortable bed, location.

Street noise late at night and noise from next door.

Really lovely decorated and airy

Need blinds that are half way so u get the wind light but don’t feel like u are in a fish bowl - another sofa would do better in there so everyone can relax

Great Location near the train station (did not hear the trains), fantastically clean and tidy. Appreciated the little touches like teabags and milk for our arrival and toilet paper. No issues with noise and great location for exploring. (World museum and St Georges Hall literally down the road)

Maybe number the keysafe as multiple keysafe boxes outside property. Bedroom could be upgraded to a king bed, there is ample space to upgrade to this. Sofa bed was not the comfiest, an easy remedy would be an extra duvet to place on top of the base of the sofa bed. But none of this distracted from our wonderful stay, just suggestions to enhance the experience and we would stay here again.

Very Central..cozy and Clean flat. Enough room.

Personal preference: the bed was quite soft. The Couch is okay for a few nights but Not that comfortable

The property has all the amenities that we need, spacious bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed, and clean. we didn’t call the host because there is no need because everything was there and very straightforward. Near to the train station, and specially very near to where the event we attended.

Not necessarily but putting a bidet on the toilet will be good.
