Though it’s advised you need to pick up keys at a different address- people should not underestimate how inconvenient that is, especially when transfers take you to your hotel. Cases, children, long journey - all adds up to being a stressful arrival and departure.. check out 10am is actually 9.30 because of the key drop. They insist on €150 per room deposit CASH - so that for us was €300 cash tied up til our last day. The communication after arrival is poor. Aircon is €10 PER DAY PER ROOM Wi-Fi is €15 and only works in your apartment - so don’t expect to be able to plan your days or check out socials by the pool - it doesn’t go there. (Though Big Ben bar we found does reach certain areas) It’s not clean - not just dust build up but crockery and cooking stuff is not clean.

Picking keys up 20 minute walk away then dropping them back, it's hard to do with small children and luggage
