Great spot for us close to family ,very quiet road, comfy couches, good wifi ,great kitchen with all the mod cons including dishwasher and washing machine nice area out the back ,a code to get in and out so no key so you won't lose it which was very handy, Towels and sheets were spotless

Sleeping up stairs but bathroom down stairs ,small sink in toilet area blocked so used sink in bathroom area (which was in different room )so couldn't be bother ringing anyone in charge, not going to lie it was a grubby in places but not enough for us to complain but others might plus our double mattress which wasn't the most comfortable was heavily stain in places which I noticed while cleaning the sheets (it was a hot week ).It could use a proper washing line out the back because the folding airing yoke leg was broken but still not adequate if it was OK

Stains and n the sofa, looked like what could only be described as poo wiped on the back of the bathroom door.

the property was quirky, a lovely house in a great location

I suffer with mobility so I struggled to sleep on the beds, and pillows. Didn’t find them overly comfortable
