Levenshulme House - 2 Bedroom - Sleeps 6 - Free Parking & WiFi

House was spotlessly clean, comfy beds and and in a good location with walking distance to shops.

A small negative and an addition that could be made is a curtain/blind for the front door as it let's a lot of light in and puts a glare on the tv. Also in the summer when it lighter for longer, should someone be using the fold down bed it wouldn't be dark until late and would be difficult to sleep in. However this wouldn't stop us booking again.

Clean and tidy

Nicely decorated, clean and all the items needed to make the stay comfortable. The house is located a few mins walk for shops and takeaways.

Great location for a wedding in the local area. It was lovely and clean. Beds were comfortable.

Coffee pods for the machine would have been good as would some milk for a morning brew!

Host was very helpful, efficient and friendly. House was well presented and clean. Beds were the comfiest I have ever experienced in a similar establishment. Being pet friendly with a secure yard was a huge positive for us.

My only negatives are outside the owners remit. These include the mess in the back alleyway and exceptionally steep stairs up to the first floor. However, this would not stop us from booking here again.

The location was perfect for my needs, and I was surprised that there was no shortage of on-street parking. The street was quiet and felt very safe; it is close to Levenshulme's high street (the Stockport Road) where the huge number of food offerings include some really good quality small independent restaurants (locals took me to an Italian and a Lebanese, with fantastic food and a real buzz, but there are other good options too). The house was lovely and clean and fresh. It looked as though the final stages of a big renovation were still ongoing (though nothing to detract from our stay). Very comfortable bed, and a well equipped kitchen with a nice big fridge-freezer, and pleasant front room. The hosts were amazingly responsive and helpful, I can't rate them highly enough.

The shower seemed a bit temperamental (freeze or fry!). I'm sure the plumber will be back to attend to this before the next guests arrive though - had I been staying longer than a couple of nights I have no doubt it would have been sorted the next working day. Potential guests should be aware that the period terraced houses in this area were designed with a very steep narrow staircase. For somebody less mobile than me or with large luggage this could be an issue, but it's typical for this part of Manchester and I was expecting it.

Such a lovely house in good location for our needs . Very clean spacious and modern . Beds very comfortable.
