"Superb!"

I love the location..The Family room is so spacious and clean.. The aircon is superb . IT'S SAFE.. Kudos to their worker,he waited for us to arrive late at night coz we go visit NGC at night.. Thank you so much..Free breakfast is good and big serving.. Overall good service.. Their restaurant foods taste good. We enjoyed our stay and we like their food. We will come back again here and would love to recommend this place to our friends and other family..

"Location of the place"

Location.behavior of the staff.comfort.

The facilities. tv is not working.the pressure of the water in the shower is quite weak like really weak it takes a while for me to finish my shower due to this very reason.

"GREAT POTENTIAL, NEEDS WATER INSPECTION."

The property itself is in a great location. The bed sheets are clean and the room is tidy and well-looked after. The staffs are very accomodating and nice.

THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THE WATER. The water pressure is so bad, it’s impossible to shower. The water has a very dirty brownish colour and has a rusty metallic smell. We did get transferred to another room with a clear water, however the water still has a rusty metallic smell.

"Had fun and it was centrally located. We were even lucky enough to catch festival while we were there"

It was located close to the town plaza and downtown.

Property was good but someone tied a rooster under our window. It woke us with quite a startle at 530 am. Staff was good to relocate the crower tue next day.

"Value for money"

1898 is located in the heart of Silay City. It's a two-minute walk to the public plaza, convenience stores, cafes and McDonalds. Guests can choose from 5 kinds of Filipino breakfast with a choice of brewed coffee, tea or hot cocoa. The chorizo breakfast was delish! The best part was the warm welcome from the frontline personnel and the consistently pleasant interaction throughout our stay.

The AC was superb, and the staff was accommodating, especially the gay one.
