Everything was up to standards, however, as a side note for improvement (shower is uncomfortable- water goes to floor). Overall, it was great.

EVERYTHING . Road is unlevel so there is lots of standing water for mosquitoes to breed. Entrance to the apartment is semi impressive but dusty. Apartment entrance was small and we were greeted with a mop bucket. It clearly wasn't used. The floors were DIRTY and so were the walls. I mean dirty!! Told the landlord, no apology, no communication to rectify it. Bathroom layout is odd. Washing machine (nxt to the toilet) but no powder or liquid to wash clothes. Would it really hurt to provide some for guests, i think not!! Heated towel rail is next to the washing machine, but is full, i mean full of dust and leeking some kind of orange liquid probably rust.. EWWW !! Limited toilet roll also! Very annoying. Pointless washing clothes as there is NO IRON provided. When i asked landlord , i was told none provided for safety reasons. What an absolute joke!!! So if we want to wash clothes we have to go and buy full size powder, hang them on a tiny rail on the balcony to dry along with all the building dust and then walk around in creased clothing for 5 days. Full size bath but random shower head, not properly thought out, so CAN'T SHOWER without wetting the entire bathroon. Im 5ft 10 and i struggled to shower. My son is 6ft 5 couldn't shower for the 5days as he struggled to crouch in the bath and the shower cord wasn't long enough. There are 4 cups provided in the BATHROOM that look semi used and unwashed, very UNHYGIENIC , this should not be there at all. Seperate bedroom is passable with fitted wardrobe, but random pictures of new york skyline on the sliding doors. It would be much better to have a mirror for guests to use as there is only a small mirror in hall and bathroom. Bedroom ok size but bed dominated the room. Balcony a decent size, but cannot be used unless you don't mind sharing it with all the neighbouring apartments and the builders. Yes builders!!!! .

The location is really great there are a lot of options for local transportation. Good building, with a pretty fresh appearance. Comfortable big beds, fresh bed sheets, and towels. Good Wi-Fi and big smart TV. Equipment of the apartment pretty well (except things mentioned in cons). So in the outcome it pretty well apartment for this price with good location, with small cons which can be solve by landlord.

The floor was dirty as well as the table on the balcony. The toaster wasn't possible to use because it was dirty inside too. Equipment: missed normal knife, missed iron (I understand that the iron is not listed as available equipment, but anyway it's important for many guests), water in the toilet didn't fill properly and need to press button several times, there wasn't curtain in the bathroom, only one trash bag for three days, there weren't coffee and tea. Big level of audibility.

The flat is new and cozy. The neighborhood is great, within the walking distance there is: city park, huge shopping mall, railway station and big market. The host is friendly and responsive. I strongly recommend it.

Nice apartments in a quiet area. It was a pleasure to stay here. Transport stops and a large shopping center are located nearby. The apartments are clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

We had a nice stay in this apartment.It's clean,new,enough space for 3 adults and a child.Close to public transport,a beautiful local market and a supermarket.3 metro station to chrismas market and 15 minutes walk to Budapest Zoo.Communication with host very smooth.We will comeback again for sure.
