Casa Feliz - Penthouse in San Pedro del Pinatar 100m from shops & 500m from beach & boulevard

It was like home from home, whatever I needed was there, and in abundance. It had a balcony and a separate roof terrace so plenty of options. It was dog friendly and they even provided dog bowls and had water ready in the fridge. We had a lovely welcome pack with coffee pods, crisps, wine, and a rack of bottles of wine you could buy at a very reasonable price with an honesty box. All toiletries were supplied, as were towels etc. It is ideally situated for easy access to restaurant's, Cartagena is only 30 mins away, & the mud baths are 5 mins away in the car with a fantastic paseo with bars and restaurants as well, and lots of shopping. There were no issues with lots of free parking outside the apartment.

Was so glad to come back to this location and property, came this time with my daughter, safe to say that she would like to return as well, it was her first time abroad and it was her 18th Birthday whilst she was here. Hannah understood why I love this place so much. and with her being a vegetarian, managed to find restaurants to keep her happy. The recent addition of ceiling fans around the property were a bonus during the heatwave at the time of visit. Will definitely be returning to Casa Feliz very soon. Hosts Roy and Ange were welcoming and easy to contact as usual.

We loved the apartments layout, the location, the security with lockable entry gates etc was great, the attention to detail was excellent, everything you could need or want, a proper home from home. The hosts were warm, welcoming & very friendly. Comfortable beds, lovely bathroom, well stocked kitchen, Air Con in lounge was great, ceiling fans & floor fans in both bedrooms were also a great bonus, smart TV was very good we mostly streamed from our phones as the WiFi signal was great. Roof terrace was lovely very private. All in all a fabulous vacation home. The parking was great plenty of spaces & about a ten minute walk to shops bars & beach. We shall definitely return & thoroughly recommend this beautiful apartment. Thank you Derks Family we shall see you again soon.

Really kind owners, all is foreseen and great location: beaches, hiking (Calblanque), culture (Cartagena etc), for everyone’s taste.

Everything we needed for a couple of days break.

The Property was amazing, and just as advertised, the Apartment was situated just right for me, near all amenities, shops, Beach and places to eat. The Apartment itself was well equipped and the Host was brilliant, and I definitely would come back again.

If there was one thing for this section, it was as a English person, there was no English Channels on the TV or ability to hear in my Language, but it may of been just me, not been able to look properly. Oh, and another dislike, is that I had to leave, because I really enjoyed being there.
