Nice and spacious full of beautiful daylight, I loved the feel of the property.

Pool table was a bonus.

Beautiful Duplex Penthouse with riverviews from both living rooms downstairs and upstairs. Perfect Central Location. Comfy beds. 70 inch smart samsung TV for netflix, Free Parking, No LEZ congestion charges for parking. As described. Worth the premium price , way better than closed hotel rooms. Pool table was a bonus for entertainment.

Everything the same as pictures, from the terrace the grass and outdoor furniture has been replaced. Rest all the same

We were contacted the day of check in to say this apartment is no longer available. Extremely disappointing and was given alternative accommodation for half the party on the first night only. The rest of the party was then housed elsewhere from the second night. The "Rectification" given was extremely poor and did not match the money paid. Very bad mattresses, a broken bed frame, broken kitchen door (we had to use a spatula to wedge it closed), broken balcony flooring meant you could not go outside, extreme mold and garbage outside everywhere. Photos have been attached.

Property Location

The advertised pictures of the apartment is deceptive as the actual condition of the apartment is disappointing - the furniture are quite old and untidy, poor sanitation and lack of proper maintenance of the apartment. The heating system is malfunction on our arrival, and my family had to arrange for thourogh cleaning of the apartment as the floors and surfaces were feasibly dirty and cobwebs hangs at different corners of the apartment. Throughout our ten (10) days stay, no one comes around to clean the apartment or at least provide alternative beddings replacement. The balcony is a no go area so dirty that the fungus as taken over the wooden floor and railings top, very irritating sight. The apartment advertised pictures is deceptive and the non-refundable is deliberate to trap the guest. My family had to endure the poor condition of the apartment as it's a non refundable booking. Booking.com need to provide options for guest/lodger to get a refund if the apartment advertisement is misleading and false.

Exceptional facilities and location

The size of the flat and the location (views) were great! Easy access to public transportation. Only a short 20 - 30 minute walk into central Glasgow.

Location is "dated". Issues/Concerns noted during the visit: 1: At time of booking, asked for and was approved for an earlier check-in of 12:00 PM. Day before arrival was notified we could not check in until 3:00 PM. Had to alter plans for the day to accommodate. 2: Was told there were two parking spots, in reality, only one and it was too hard to park in due to it's location. 3: Upstairs bedroom has a leak from the roof. Rain from storm resulted in a steady stream of water running into the upstairs bedroom (video proof) and bedroom (through light fixture) on the floor below. Required buckets and pans to collect water. 4. Two sofa beds located in the downstairs living room were not usable for sleeping as the room did not have curtains. This room has a large wall consisting of a sliding glass door and ceiling to floor windows that lead to the outside private deck. Not having the curtains made the use of the sofa beds for sleeping impossible. 5. Did not feel safe using the deck as there were numerous loose planks on the deck and the railing was missing a large portion of the trim. Would not recommend using. 6. One of the bedroom window could not be closed because the latch was locked in the lock position. Could not turn handle to close window. No key available. 7. Glass panels on two separate doors were cracked. 8. One of the bed headboards was broken (bed in room having 2 twin beds) 9. Wall behind door entering downstairs living room had hole in it from door handle.

The photos are a bit more flattering than reality. There's an old terrace without a nice lawn or lounge set. We notified management and they told us the lawn had become so bad they had to remove it.
