It is a very new unit. Everything is new, clean and in order.

Maybe I would have appreciated it more if I was warned that the wifi was not good.

"Attacked by their "security guard""

As I approached the desk, someone behind me grabbed my backpack and tried to yank it away from me saying something about my laptop, which was protruding from the top of it. It turned out to be a security guard, and he tried to pull it off and away from me, sending my laptop crashing to the floor. Long story short, I was returning from eye surgery at a nearby hospital, I was exhausted (I am almost 80) and half blind and my driver had left, so I had little choice but to stay. Mistake. No water to the shower, not even cold, just faucet, a bucket and a pot to dip, virtually unusable TV, lots of unintelligible rules, and the desk clerk just stood and watched the guard attack me, never said a word, much less "Sorry". I will be spending a lot of time in Iloilo for medical and business reasons over the next few months, but will stay ANYWHERE BUT ONE OF THIS OUTFIT'S HOTELS!

The place is great and just enough for me and my son.

I personally don’t like the scent of the place or was it the air freshener used. But that’s just me. There might be other guests who likes it
