Villa Carmen with 5 en-suite bedrooms, 48 sqm pool, 8km from sea

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Carmen! As a group of nine girls, the villa was perfect and had everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic from start to finish – offering support before we arrived, greeting us on the day, and being available throughout our stay whenever we needed anything. One of the highlights was the private chef, Martin – his food was incredible, and he took care of everything from cooking to serving and cleaning, which made our evening so special. We also highly recommend the boat trip from Omis. The team was extremely attentive and even went out of their way to help my mother, who has limited mobility, ensuring we all had a wonderful day on the water. A car is definitely recommended to explore the surrounding areas, but driving was very easy with well-maintained roads. Overall, I truly cannot fault our stay – Villa Carmen is a beautiful place with outstanding hosts, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

There were only a couple of very small things that could be improved (such as adding scissors in the kitchen and a few more hooks in the bathroom), but when we requested extra glasses, the hosts provided them straight away – which shows how responsive and accommodating they are.
