Il nostro soggiorno purtroppo non è iniziato nel migliore dei modi. Al nostro arrivo, il receptionist non era nemmeno a conoscenza della nostra prenotazione. Ci ha suggerito di contattare la struttura telefonicamente o tramite Booking, ma nessuno ha risposto. Siamo quindi rimasti ad aspettare circa mezz’ora senza sapere se avremmo potuto accedere alla camera o entrare nel parcheggio, che richiedeva una conferma da parte del titolare. Una volta entrati nell’appartamento, abbiamo notato subito alcuni problemi: la porta d’ingresso era sbilanciata e storta, e sulla parete destra il soffitto presentava evidenti segni di umidità con la pittura scrostata. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato un mozzicone di sigaretta consumato (noi non fumiamo) e degli asciugamani da mani che si sfarinavano letteralmente appena diventavano leggermente bagnati, bucandosi da soli: impossibili da utilizzare. Di sera il corridoio esterno è completamente privo di illuminazione. Per raggiungere l’appartamento è necessario usare la torcia del telefono, perché non si vede assolutamente nulla. Considerando gli oltre 800 euro pagati per il soggiorno, mi aspetterei almeno un’illuminazione funzionante: basterebbe una semplice lampadina per risolvere il problema. Tra gli aspetti positivi segnalo la piscina, molto grande e davvero bella, e il personale, che si è dimostrato gentile e la posizione centrale dell'appartamento (vicino a Las Veronicas). Tuttavia, per la cifra spesa credo che si possa trovare di meglio nella stessa fascia di prezzo. In conclusione, non credo che tornerò, perché allo stesso costo avrei potuto trovare una sistemazione più curata.

The location is great, very near, restaurants, supermarkets, bars and is on the main bus route that you can even get to and from the airport if your times are right. The bed was comfortable, the bedroom quite spacious with good storage space. The kitchen was decently equipped. It was very easy to pick up and drop off the keys.

Overlooks the car park and even though I think this is stated it was still a bit off putting when you could sometimes smell the fumes from cars and hear road noise at times. There was only 1 drinking glass so we had to buy some which we left, no big deal but should have had some. 3 days before departure we awoke to find the apartment being flooded from a burst hose in the apartment above, which we had to report or could have been worse, however the reception staff were good and quick at helping and got water shut off, however we had to mop up which is not what you want on holiday. However this was obviously an accident and no fault of anyone including the owner.

Assolutamente nulla. Solo la posizione anche se l’edificio è concentrato in una zona un po’ degradata .

667€ per 6 notte senza assolutamente nessun servizio. Pulizia assente dall’inizio alla fine. Capelli per terra appena arrivati, cuscini dentro l’armadio tutti macchiati di giallo. La sera sul balconicino insieme a qualche blatta che corre a destra e sinistra .. nessun cambio lenzuola o asciugamano . 2 rotoli di carta igienica e fine. Dal lavello della cucina moscerini che volavano . Pessimo .
