Studio Eldorado in Playa de Las Americas near the beach

We stayed 14 days and did not receive any change of Towels, Bed Sheets. In the 2 weeks in the apartment THERE WAS NO CLEARNER although i was charged 60 Euros for cleaning. The TV, was advertised as SKY, we could only receive 1` English channel with NO sound. The only sound was ITV3 WHILE SHOWING ITV4+1. The TV Engineer was no help saying there was nothing he could do. The Safety Deposit box was LOCKED, SO WAS UNUSEABLE. I received a text message after me arrival asking if everything was ok. I INFORMED BY RETURN TEXT OF THE T.V. AND SAFETY BOX PROBLEM BUT RECEIVED NO FURTHER MESSAGES. I must point out my phone was lost on Saturday 9-3=24 The view was described as a City view, Directly infront of the Balcony was a car park. Looking over the tree & shrub boundry to the right you could see 2 shops 5 Bar/Resturants.

I loved everything about it. Was met at airport. Shown apartment,given information on the area. Apartment was gorgeous as in picture, exceptionally clean. Bed was super comfortable. Had washing machine which is great bonus. Balcony gets sun all day. Was in the heart of everything. Great supermarket, bus outside front door. 24hr taxi rank across the road. 3 min walk to beach and promenade. Nothing to complain about. Host was super, efficient and friendly and available. Will definitely be back.
