It was not what it showed.but we had to stay.
We didn't like the place because it had roach,and the carpet, was dirty and smelly.the person who we rent this place from was very rude and she didn't give us the same place what we rent on line.the sofa bed was dirty and broken.

When we arrived to Hilton Head, after a 10 hour car ride, we got to this unit & the air was completely off & broken. It was 80 degrees inside the unit. We contacted Gloria, and she told us that we could stay in a unit across the way, and get a refund of at least $200 for the inconvenience & because the unit we had originally rented was more expensive than the unit we were given. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with the overwhelming scent of weed & it lasted the whole week. It was so hot in that unit, the air conditioning barely worked. It was dirty, and bugs were the unit. Overall, the unit was poorly taken care of. When we returned home, I’ve reached out to Gloria multiple times regarding the refund, and no response- we’re getting ghosted. BEWARE, this renter & the units are not worth the price. If I could post more photos of the unit, I would but only limited to posting 4 photos.
