This situation caused me significant psychological and emotional distress, in addition to financial losses, as I was forced to leave the property late at night and secure an alternative apartment at my own expense. In light of the above, I requested a full refund of the amount paid, as the essential conditions agreed upon were not met and the basic service of electricity was not provided. I look forward to your prompt response. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to take the necessary legal actions to protect my rights.

This property is like a horror movie entrance with no elevator doors broken. It’s a very disgusting inside and dirty. pillows the toilet very very small no lights Unacceptable.
