We had an absolutely wonderful time at this vacation home. The property is beautifully modernized, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need—including air conditioning in every room for maximum comfort. The location is just as impressive. Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find excellent grocery shopping options, a bakery, a butcher (conveniently located inside the supermarket), and a pharmacy. Everything you need is right at your doorstep, making daily errands effortless. The owner was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. We highly recommend this home, especially for a family of four—two adults and two children. It offers a peaceful, well-equipped stay in a great location.

Charmant Toscaans huis, sfeervol ingericht. Van alle gemakken voorzien: airco door hele huis, vaatwasser, badkamer bij iedere slaapkamer, wasmachine. Schoon huis met tussentijdse handdoekenwissel. Warm welkom door zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Gunstige locatie voor uitstapjes naar zee en mooie Toscaanse bezienswaardigheden.

We had an amazing stay at La Casa di Rosi as a family of four during the Viareggio Carnival. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself is beautifully kept, clean and well-equipped with everything you need. It's located on a peaceful road where you can park your car. The location is perfect for exploring the area — just a short drive to Viareggio, the stunning Cinque Terre and the beautiful Forte dei Marmi. We couldn't have asked for a better base for our holiday. Highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone visiting the region!

Well equiped and comfortable apartment after renovation, very clean. Located in quiet area. Perfect place for family, in walking distance to beautiful old part of Camaiore. Amazing place for relax! Giorgio and Giulio were very helpful, thanks guys :) We are looking forward to coming back in the future.
