Location next to the ocean was nice and it was one of the cheaper options on that part of the peninsula

This was booked as non smoking but it was obvious the previous tenant smoked in the apartment. The property owner did nothing to resolve this issue. Extremely dated and dirty inside and out. Parking spot advertised for a car was barely large enough for a microbus. Also the owner would harass me with check in information. I only need that email once, not every 3 days for months leading up to the rental.
