Beautiful apartment, great price. The reception staff were very helpful. Close to the airport.

Only extremely minor point, and I'm nit picking, was that the shower water easily escaped the shower. We couldn't see a fan either.

1. The apartment is equipped with balcony in both sitting room and in the bed room 2. It only takes less than 10 minutes by taxi to the airport- We paid 120php + 50php (for calling pickup service) to the airport 3. Value for money 4. The administration provided very prompt responses to our questions prior to our arrival 5. Can reach some nearby restaurants within 10 minutes walk

1. No cleaning cloth, kitchen paper towels and tissues are available in the apartment 2. The shower room is far too small, the design of the bathroom is not accommodating for shower 3. Don't expect to see a cat in the ground floor if pets are not allowed in the residences 4. No twin-bed room. One of us needs to sleep on the futon beds in the sitting room

I was quite pleasantly surprised how nice the accommodations were. I would highly recommend staying there. And I would stay there again.

The property is close to the airport. Very clean and we have a comfortable stay.
