Villa Greens- 5,700sf Luxury Las Vegas Pool

I did not like it. I would not recommend it. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.

The property was extremely disappointing. It was not accurately represented as described. Upon arrival, the pool was not clean or prepared for use. The property manager went out of her way to send me photos prior to my arrival of a clean pool to let me know the pool had been cleaned, but that photo was clearly old. She later admitted the pool hadn’t been cleaned in 3 days, even though there were guests who checked out the same day. The backyard was in disarray. Counter tops had a layer or grim. There was a shower that wouldn’t drain and we had to have someone dispatched to fix it. Otherwise, we’d be standing in others’ dirty water. In the middle of our stay, the pool overflowed. The property management did not offer to rectify the situation. Instead, she insulted me by offering me 2.5% refund of $4500. That doesn’t even cover the cleaning fee for the house that was not clean upon arrival.

My family and I loved everything about the property it was a beautiful house that had everything we needed.

There’s nothing I disliked about this house it was wonderful.

The location was great, the facilities were lovely and it was peaceful. Whenever we had a problem (although there was hardly any) the staff were very quick to respond and great. The house was clean and had everything we could have asked for.
