Everything. The property was totally inabilitable!!! Absolutely filthy! Food left in property out of date and mouldy! Bedding and towels were dirty and on the floor! Complained to Booking.Com and still haven't received compensation and refund.

Easy to get to city centre

Bathroom had horrible smell, holes in the walls, beds were uncomfortable, rats on the property, stains on the pillows, no lightbulb in the entrance, no wifi, no towels, no chopping board, no knives the cutlery fell apart when we tried to use it, had to go but a pan and knife to cook.

Absolutely nothing. The place was a complete disappointment from start to finish.

Everything. This place was an absolute disgrace. It was filthy beyond belief — I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. Stains everywhere, it felt like we were staying in a crack den. No toilet roll, no dish soap, no hand soap, no clean towels — NOTHING. The kettle didn’t even work. The garden fence had fallen down completely, blocking off the garden and the FIRE EXIT — a massive fire hazard, but clearly they don’t care. The bathroom was disgusting, covered in mould, no lock, no toilet brush — just nasty. And the “free parking” they advertise? Complete lie. Park where they tell you and you’ll get slapped with tickets because it’s permit holders only — we got TWO £80 fines. And the best part? When I tried to contact the host about it, he BLOCKED me. That’s their customer service. This place is a scam — avoid it like the plague.

There is no WiFi at the apartment hence the TVs were useless to us ,the bed wasn't comfortable at all,the bathroom was dirty, there is no fire exit, you can access the apartment with only 1 door ,the other door was permanently locked. The fence at the back garden had already collapsed on the lounge window. The host was invincible ,infact we require some refund back from the money we paid as no Internet was provided for seven days for us.

The heating and hot water was not working we had to call a few times in the end we had to book elsewhere because they couldn't fix it the children couldn't sleep as it was so cold and no heaters was provided they was helpful and friendly just a shame due to the storm weather was worse than usual so more issues

It was big, clean and the beds were comfortable

It was bit far from the city centre, but there where many buses you could take to get there directly
