El espacio es grande para grupo familiar

El sofá cama es muy duro e incómodo, no sirve para dormir, además bajo las camas estaba sucio, y el agua caliente de uno de los baños dejó de funcionar, la puerta del dormitorio principal no tiene cortinas de privacidad y al penúltimo día llegó la persona del Aceo y fue incómodo.

Ell apartamento y la ubicación.

Que no se podía salir del portal ya que los vecinos decidieron cerrar a una determinada hora de la noche. Todo esto sucedió sin avisar al propietario. Nos encontramos encerrados sin poder salir la primera noche..

La entrada al edificio, estaba muy muy sucio y viejo

We only stayed here for 1 night and we had a nice stay. The rooms are big and spacious, 2 seperate bathrooms are great for travelling as a group. Even for longer stays, I think the apartment has everything you would need.

Not the apartments fault, but do keep in mind, it is located on a busy and noisy street. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs! There was a lot of sirens and you can hear all the street noise.

Very spacious, ac in both rooms, washer and dryer, laundry and dishes detergent, enough outlets, fridge, stove, enough toilet paper. Great response and help from host. Great blackout shutters.

Pillows and sheets not so comfortable. Not a luggage rack. The building has very bad odor on first few floors. It's not just 5 floors but almost 10 if going on stairs.

Very large and spacious apartment, located near the city center, close to pretty much everything you might want to see and do. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, everything was very good.

Only a minor issue, there should be 6 chairs in the kitchen, as the place is rented to 6 people.
