ZAConvenient and secure Location to restaurant, ocean run/walk, parking secure and generally the place is secure and staff were very friendly.
They can do better regarding patio furniture.
ZAOn our arrival the room had a foul odor. I checked the trash can. Had rubbish stuck to the lid. Called house keeping. The housekeeper checked her mouth and eye went big with disgust. She then cleaned. The so called clean sheets had moisture odor. Sheets changed the next day.
My personal teas and snacks was taken out by the house keeper. The 3rd day ask her to replenish the shower gel. She forgets. I had to keep calling tye housekeeping. He tried to fix the situation. I was very un happy..
ZAThe location was most convenient. Central to many shops, the restaurants and beach. Staff were professional, helpful and courteous. Management were terrific and most accommodating.
