The host was very responsive to my messages before and during the stay. The property was exactly as it appeared in the pictures and well appointed with the things we needed. We would definitely consider staying again if we make another trip to the keys. The resort felt very safe even for three women walking around alone at night. The luggage carts were very helpful for check in and check out.
We had trouble uisng the smart tv. Everytime we would try to use Netflix, it would glitch out. My husband said to suggest deleting some of the apps off of the tv because they are using too much of the memory.

The overall amenities were nice….pool/hot tub/ tennis courts/ location/ security. The condo was nice and clean and the view was beautiful.
The primary bedroom bed mattress was very firm and the pillows were either firm or lumpy. If you prefer medium to soft mattresses/pillows, you will not sleep well.

Easy to check in/out, plenty of parking, great property - well maintained unit, top floor with great view, large pool with snacks and cocktails (added bonus we had not known about prior to check in). We found the others renters in the community were very friendly and had been long term visitors. Property was close to stores and restaurants.
Very small balcony, not many items/extras in the unit but we knew that ahead of time so came prepared. Wish there were more grills in the community. Didn't care too much for the cats on the property but mainly because of my husbands allergies.
