DISASTER SERVICE! The main issue was the parking on site. The listing clearly mentioned a garage space, and this was confirmed by the host before my arrival. It was an essential requirement for me, and I paid accordingly on Booking.com. When I arrived, I asked for the garage keys. I was told to wait for a person in charge to bring them. I even paid an extra fee for this. The person came, told me to wait… and then disappeared without any follow-up. After that, I received no response at all neither from him nor from the rest of the team. No one replied or reassured me. I was completely ignored. In the end, I had to pay for external parking, which was not planned. I just need a clear explanation of what’s going on. Communication is very important, and being completely ignored like this is not acceptable. Ghosting a client without any reply is unprofessional. Honestly, based on this experience, I can’t recommend this place. The way the situation was handled by the team has been very disappointing. This is unacceptable. It was my worst stay in Marrakech, and I have never experienced anything like this before.

Daire tren ve otobüs duraklarına nerdeyse yürüme mesafesiyle 3 dakika. Konumu çok iyi. Apartmanda güvenlik bulunuyor. Ev ortamı olmasıyla evinizde gibi hissettiriyor. Daireyle ilgilenen Abdelillah çok yardımcı oldu.
