Location
The owners of this home were very rude when I reached out to them and told them that there was a bug problem in the home. They refused to have any empathy towards us to during that time. We requested to get our money back and cut our stay short after staying there for less than 24 hours. Went to bed and woke up covered in ants and they were all over the room and all over the bed and I had bite marks. When I reached out to the owners they acted as if they did not believe me and said they would get Terminix there because they had a contract with them. I explained to him that I did not want them to come in and start spraying because I have an allergy to the bug. He ignored my He ignored my request and sent them anyway to spray. We immediately left the property and requested a refund from booking.com. I do not feel as if we got the refund we deserve we got a portion of the money back. They charged us for cleaning fees when there was nothing really to clean since we had not stayed there.

"Beautiful home, great location"

The property was clean and perfect for 3 separate families. The kitchen amenities (ie fully stocked coffee, creamer, all kitchen necessities, hand soap, etc) were appreciated. The location was wonderful, in a great neighborhood, close to Laurel Ridge golf course and a short drive to downtown.
