"Never been to Leeds before, and would definitely return and would recommend the apartment."

The apartment was very large and suitable for the amount they could host - the fact there were two bathrooms a bonus and were were really clean. Kitchen facilities were good. The location was perfect, very quiet on an evening but within a short walking distance to the shops/nightlife/train station.

Carpets in the bedroom a bit grubby - probably would be better if they were wooden - only because they would be easier for the hosts to clean. Some of the wooden lats on the beds were broken but didn`t disrupt the sleep. A suggestion for safety reasons would be to have a non slip bath mat in the bath if anyone taking a shower.

"I would stay again"

Very clean and great location. Stylish apartment with everything you need.

The only criticism was there was no tv in the bedroom but that’s just my preference I suppose and there was young people next door that where very loud but when I complained to the agency they contacted them immediately. Very safe building thou, nobody can walk in and out without someone coming down with a key fob to open the second door even if you buzz someone in. The agency themselves messaged me back immediately with anything I needed or asked them about.

Avoid. Keybox was 15 mins from property (and 15 mins farther from station than property. When I got there the keys were not in the lockbox. The management company wouldn’t answer the phone when I called and eventually texted back. They then told me the cleaners had hung the keys up in the basement of the building - a building I was unable to access as it required a fob. I walked back to the lockbox and found keys for a flat in a different lockbox. I sent a photo to the management company and asked if they were the keys and fob which they confirmed they were. There was in fact no fob, it was just a label. The management company rep was so thick he was just entirely unable to begin to assist despite repeated suggestions from me. I was only able to access the property by sheer luck when whilst standing outside, still trying to message the desperately unintelligent management company rep, a cleaner left and agreed to let me in and provided me with the correct keys. Having finally got into the property it was clean enough but the electrics were clearly amateurish with some lights unable to be switched off at the wall and the plumbing similar with the toilet continuously running. The communal hallways was also untidy and dirty. To top it off the over a month on from my stay the management company has still not returned my £250 deposit. This deposit having not been advertised clearly on booking.com and only becoming obvious as a requisite step to collect keys. They are not disputing returning the deposit, the property was left in perfect condition, they are just claim in that they have processed the payment on their end and it may take a while to show on my end. Never seen a payment take a month with a bank. They’re either being dishonest or just too thick to know how to process a payment. Avoid these amateurs.

Great location. The apartment was spacious with good lighting and comfy beds.

There were bogeys all along the wall next to one of the beds. I have since noted that this was also mentioned in a review written the week before. There wasn't enough crockery for 7 people (6 large plates, 5 side plates and 3 bowls), and only 3 wine glasses. We were only given one small bath towel per person and no hand towels. There were no toiletries, only hand soap. One of the toilet lids had a large crack. There were numerous marks/stains on the 2 bedroom carpets. The heating was set for 17.5, and despite following all the instructions in the video we were sent, we could not change the setting, so the apartment felt cold. We did complain and were given our £60 non refundable damage payment back. We were also assured that the owners would discuss the above issues with their cleaning staff.

The location.

The hygiene and cleanliness was appalling. No heating. Limited hot water- had to wait after just 3 showers Broken furniture. Unwanted broken furniture left shoved into one of the wardrobes ( bed frame) Pants,shoes and shorts left in drawers from previous occupants. Filthy brown kitchen sink. Stains all over both carpets. Bogeys left on walls. Stained sheets, pillow cases, throws and towels. Hairs in sheets. Clumps of hair on carpet. No pillow protectors/mattress protectors. No dishwasher tablets. Random amount of utensils/glasses/plates for an 8 berth apartment- not enough. Chips to paintwork and marks on walls. This list could go on
