This place is a total cash grab. Advertised as a “1 bedroom apartment” with 2 beds, a futon, kitchenette, etc. and it’s a dilapidated hotel that was disgustingly dirty, only 2 beds with essentially throw pillows as the pillows, holes in the blankets, mold on the bathroom walls, dead bugs, literal chunks of stuff on the floor, dirt on the walls (we wiped it off to make sure it was just dirt and not paint) and smelled like a kennel. Had we another option in town for the night, we would not have stayed here but we were in town for a concert so vacancy was an issue. They provided the check in code 15 minutes late, only provided 2 towels for 4 people, we asked for 2 more and no one brought them. The shower didn’t drain and our friend was locked in the bathroom for 5 minutes due to a faulty knob. Their phone number listed had a full mailbox and no one ever answered it.

I liked that I had a roof over my head somewhere to lay down.

I didn't like that I could not shower for 2 days because only hot water but to hot. TV didn't work had to use personal fire stick to watch tv. The phone number is not working to talk to anyone about anything.. staff very sketch. They kicked me out cause a guy knocked on my door looking for some one. I don't know this person.iam trying to extend my stay staff says they will help me. Im 52 on disability im n a dire situatione needing help. They made me an my 2 little elderly dogs leave in the heat nowere to go we had money to rent the room. Said I wasn't a good fit because of the traffic. One guy knocked on my door looking for some one that was not there I talked to him for a minute he left. They knew who he was evidently but I didn't they profiled me like I was something I was not. Very unprofessional and criminal.i had no air conditioning in my truck in not in good health an I was worried about my dogs having heat stroke im just trying to rent a room that is what this place is isn't it a hotel you provide a service to the public. Make your rules as you go along how Is this fair or legal . I have never in my life seen such a more unprofessional up in the air establishment in my life.

Booked this room and then got told that I wasn't a combatle person to stay here and then got lied to about getting a refund on my money

The beds looked comfortable, and the blankets were nice.

There was major molding in the bathroom above the bathtub, the light above the sink barely worked, and the room had bedbugs. I reached out to cancel and address the problem and did not hear back from the staff.
