We asked for an early check in but didn’t get a response until a follow up request. I understand it’s not always possible but a response other than “you will get checkin details via email at check in time as an automated response” didn’t acknowledge our request

Excellent city centre apartment, perfect location, very clean and well maintained. I’m highly recommended.

There was no such a thing

The location is perfect and the area is quiet. We appreciate the parking but you need to be an experienced driver to fit into a super tight spot. The flat is spacious and, as a family of 4, it was very handy to have 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is big and equipped with basic utilities. The beds were comfortable. The price for such a central apartment with parking was quite low compared to other places.

The pictures advertising the property are a bit deceiving so I suggest you lower your expectations. The pictures don't show you the mould in the bathroom . The dishes were greasy, there were stains on the sheets, the nightlights were not working and the drawers were falling apart. There was a strange smell in the kitchen and we discovered some rotten garlic in one of the cupboards. The whole apartment could do with some deep cleaning.

House location is great.

beds are too old, even you can't sleep. Old beds definetly needs to move out. It's also not clean at all.

Location was good

The apartment needs some renovation. The sofa was full of stains and falling apart, both beds where uncomfortable and small. Bathrooms needs deep cleaning. The closet with the heater had some very bed smell and possible some mold, we expect that one in the family got sick do to it (was very sick during night and good over the day when we where not in the apartment, and nothing when we left). There is a pub/club across the street with a lot of noise during evening until 01. There where no fans or AC, so with all the smell and humidity from the heater it was almost impossible to sleep with out having all windows open letting all the noise in from the bar/club.
