Sage Stay by the Train, We Pay Half Your Parking, 2 Queen Beds plus Sleeps 6

Great location! We were able to navigate the area very easily. There were also some really good coffee shops on the same road, which was great for mornings. Also, as a bonus surprise, Frank Sinatra’s birth place is right across the street!

The stairs. I recently broke my leg and I didn’t realize we would be going up a couple flights of stairs. I was able to get up and down, though.

I can honestly give this place 7 out of 10 stars — no more, no less. The photos are real, but slightly rose-tinted and therefore a bit more flattering than reality. In practice, the apartment feels darker and more compact than expected. There is no elevator, only a dark and narrow stairwell, which makes a rather unwelcoming first impression. By contrast, the apartment itself turns out to be a pleasant surprise. The furnishings are adequate. Throughout our stay, there was a persistent smell of cleaning or disinfectant, which did not fade. The kitchen dining area is quite tight. Street parking directly in front of the building is extremely limited and expensive. On the positive side, there is a nearby parking garage, and the landlord genuinely covers half of the cost — this worked smoothly and without any issues. The shower is functional but not particularly comfortable. If you moderate your expectations, this is a place where you can comfortably spend about a week. We always used Uber to get into New York, as the walk to the train station ultimately felt too long for us.

Mieszkanie było w porządku pod względem wielkości dla 4 osób, wygodne łóżka, smart tv w każdym telewizorze, dobre wyposażenie kuchni.

Mieszkanie jest daleko położone od stacji PATH (23 min na piechotę), nie było za czysto, leżący wszędzie kurz, brudne ściany, oklejone brudem zapachy w kontaktach. W sypialni, która ma okno od strony ulicy, było ciągle uchylone okno przez gąbkę od klimatyzacji przez co było cały czas głośno, słychać było każdą rozmowę przechodniów, każdy przejeżdżający samochód. Dodatkowo niedaleko mieszkania jest pogotowie ratunkowe i straż pożarna przez co całe noce było słychać jadące wozy strażackie czy karetki tak jakby jechały w mieszkaniu. Pod prysznicem ciepła woda była tylko przez pierwsze 30 sekund odkręcenia kranu, potem już tylko leciała letnia/zimna woda co sprawiało dość duży problem np. przy myciu włosów.

Nada. Todo un desastre. Tenía una valoración de 9 y no es más que un 2. Mal diseñado. Mal mantenido , falta de limpieza y con poca o nula predisposición para atender al cliente. Además te ofrecen pagar la multa Gad de la estadía del parking en un sitio que cobra 40 la noche y en los alrededores cobran 20. Estafa por todos lados. Pague por una semana y al tercer día me fui por no estropear las vacaciones. No me reconsideraron nada del pago. Dice que tiene cocina pero no tiene extracción por lo que es muy limitado el uso, ademas tiene una lámpara a pilas que se agotaron el primer día. También es un segundo piso sin Ascensor
