good proximity to the beach

maybe would have liked some more appliances and toilet paper, paper towels, towels.

We loved staying here for bike week. Close enough to main street to walk. Right on the beach. Pool and hot tubs were excellent. The place was extremely clean and everyone there was happy and very helpful. Staff walked around and cleaned all the time, and talked to everyone. We will definitely be back!

Proximity to the convention center. Bellman Paul is an excellent representative of Oceanwalk and was so helpful to us and many others upon our arrival and during our stay.

Black female parking attendant needs a class on working with the public, she was so rude, often screaming at guests and just downright unprofessional. Could hear many guests complaining about her.

The communication with the property was terrible. I was trying to get a later check out and was messing the people and wasn’t getting an answer so I called instead. The lady I spoke with said they’d have to charge me a whole night stay just to stay later. I told her never mind and if anything changed I would call her. I got a message around 8 that said we could check out at 5pm. They failed to tell me they were going to charge my card almost $200 for the day when I told the lady I didn’t want to pay so we would check out at 11. When I realized I was charged I called to get clarification and the lady i spoke with was extremely rude saying I told her to charge me and that I was rude for insinuating that I would stay for free. The hotel was amazing except for who I was in contact with about the condo. I payed another night just to stay later but could stay the whole night. Will stay there again just not with this company or these people I spoke with. There was also a broken bathroom tub faucet, a towel hanger barely hanging on and the rug was soaked when we arrived. I had to pick it up and dry it out myself.

Staff was friendly and super helpful. Great location.

Pool water temps were cold especially indoor.

The location was perfect The view from the balcony was spectacular

Very nicely remodeled. Condo is on the side of the building so you get a view of ocean and the Halifax River. It is not ocean front but still nice view.

Needs more drinking glasses. There were only 3 drinking glasses.

The 2br apartment was wonderful. I enjoyed being able to walk right out to the beach ⛱️ 😎

I thought it was a little expensive but well worth it
