The location was excellent, and the process of collecting the keys from the service station was smooth and convenient. I also felt reassured by the strong focus on security and safety throughout my stay. Abbey made the experience smoother.

What I found less pleasant was that the inner part of the duvet appeared stained, and the pillows in the twin bedroom had a slight mildew smell. This made the room feel less comfortable than expected.

The noise from the street outside was excessive, and the estate staff was also inconsiderate when it came to noise.
