It was very clean and updated. It was quiet and safe.

The parking was a bit difficult.

Very clean and all new beautiful appartment. Super friendly host and we could even wash and dry our clothes . We recomended for a 100%

There wasnt anything that I didn't like

It was cozy and quiet ,and plenty of tv options.

It was a little small ,was missing a few amenities ,not really family friendly ,good for a couple with no children ,the three bedroom they have in the front I recommend that if you have children much more family friendly

There were some nice design elements. TV in every room. Bathroom was nice, beds comfortable.

Kitchen-living area was very small. Online pix were misleading. Kitchen sponge was disgusting, could not bring myself to touch it to wipe counters down. there were very few dishes and only 2 of them were microwave safe. We had to clean the frying pan before using it. Bath towels were rough and seemed old. The only comfortable place to sit was the green couch and if anyone went into or out of the bathroom, the bathroom door covered half of the TV.

The property is cozy and comfortable. It was very clean the beds were great and comfortable - not too soft or firm. We had everything we needed there. The backyard area is nice with a small porch/deck to hang out on. The area is not noisy and it is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk.

The parking is not on property, you have to park a few blocks away in either direction. Not a big deal for us, but this should be made clear in case older travelers would not be able to make the trek back and forth. We brought our bikes and we're able to keep them in the back yard - but there is no covered area to put them during a heavy rainstorm and there is not enough room to bring them inside.
